In our website, every item has a product page with pictures and detailed description of the style, type of fabric, available sizes etc.

Click on the size chart in the product page to know the best size that fits you.

To avoid this from happening, do refer to the size chart. You can also check with us via WA LIVE CHAT on which size best fits you.
Still, if situation arises where you need to change size, do let us know. We will check for the size availability.
If the prefered size is available, you will need to post the previous item back to us and we will post the new size to you. If there are no sizes available for exchange, we would not accept any exchange.
However do kindly note that size exchange should be done within 5 days upon delivery and applicable for first time customers only. For size exchange, customers are responsible for the postage cost of the return.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the proof of video recording while opening the parcel. We will review your request and may request further information such as photos or videos to verify.
You will have to return the defected piece through courier and you will get to exchange it for a new piece but if the size is not available you can exchange it with another design of your choice.
If none of these suits you, we will refund the money. The courier chargers for defect pieces will be borne by us. Do read our RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY for more info.

Our working hours:- 10am to 5pm from Monday to Friday. 10am to 1pm for Satuday . We’ll reply to you soonest possible after we received your message.

We are having online store only at the moment. 

Delivery takes 1-5working days  (not including weekends or public holidays).

At the moment we do not accept orders and ship to other countries.
