RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All sales made on our website are final and non-refundable. We do not offer any exchanges or returns unless the product received is damaged or defective.

In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with the proof of video recording while opening the parcel. We will review your request and may request further information such as photos or videos to verify.

You will have to return the defected piece through courier and you will get to exchange it for a new piece but if the size is not available you can exchange it with another design of your choice.

If none of these suits you, we will refund the money. The courier chargers for defect pieces will be borne by us.

We understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their order, however, we do not offer cancellation or modification of orders once they have been placed and confirmed. Please ensure that you review your order carefully before submitting it to us.

 

Rishiika accepts:-

  • Returns of defectiive or wrong item.
  • Returns of item with measurement error.
  • Returns of wrongly ordered  size items by customers applicable for FIRST-TIME only. We reserve the right to decline the return if the ordered item was returned & exchanged before. 

 

Conditions for Returns:-

Kindly ensure the items are in their original condition whereby unworn, unwashed, unaltered and still with their tags intact.

Customer to post out the item to us within 5 days after informing us. Return and exchange are strictly not allowed if exceeded the period.

Customers are fully responsible for the item until it reaches us. Please appoint a registered courier service company for the returns and keep all proof of mailing (eg.: consignment notes, tracking number) from the courier service company. 

For size exchange, customers are responsible for the postage cost of the returns. For defect or wrong item, Rishiika will bear the postage cost in the condition that customers appointed a legally registered courier service company for the returns at a standard postage rate (RM8 for WM; RM15 for EM).

All returns procedures will be dealt via mailing only.

Sale items under the ‘On Sale‘ category cannot be returned or exchanged.

After we received your returned item, we will send out the exchanged item within 5 working days for Ready Stock.

Rishiika reserves the right to reject a return, refund, and/or exchange if the returned item does not meet the requirements for returns stated above, or if Rishiika fails to receive the returned item. Rishiika also  reserves the right to reject the return, refund, and/or exchange if the item is stained or dirty.

 

Return Procedure:-

Kindly wrap the returned item with a protective layer/plastic before putting it into the parcel bag, and courier it to the below address:-

Send us a copy of the tracking number after the return is posted for better tracking.

We will proceed with the exchange accordingly after receiving the returned item. Tracking will be updated via email after the exchanged item is posted to you.
